Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProxyShare website and proxy network service operated by ProxyShare ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ProxyShare only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any illegal activity under applicable law
• Sending spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages
• Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network disruption
• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data (hacking)
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Child exploitation material of any kind
• Harassment, threats, or stalking of individuals
• Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund. We may cooperate with law enforcement in investigating violations.

2. Bandwidth Allocation

Bandwidth is measured in gigabytes (GB) of data transferred through our proxy network. Both request and response data count toward your bandwidth allocation. Bandwidth credits do not expire. You may use purchased bandwidth at any rate, subject to fair use limits of 1,000 concurrent connections per account.

3. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for our proxy gateway. This is a target, not a guarantee. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, upstream provider issues, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for unused bandwidth within 7 days of purchase. "Unused" means zero bytes transferred on the account since the purchase. Once any bandwidth has been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@proxyshare.io within the 7-day window.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your proxy credentials with third parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProxyShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProxyShare from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the member state in which ProxyShare is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
